Ghost Hunting At The Guy Fawkes Inn, York
When Guy Fawkes was executed in 1606, it sparked a tradition that is still carried out in England over 400 years later, and he is still one of the most famous Britons of all time. But his birthplace is shrouded in mystery. Today the inn where he was born still bares his name, but it is also one of the most haunted places in York. A grey lady, a priest, children running around at night haunt the building, and legends of Guy himself returning to his childhood home in visitation are just some of the ghosts that haunt this building.
