The Petrovaradin Fortress and Catacombs is located in Novi Sad, Serbia. To visit, you can access the city easily from a 45 minute train from the capital, Belgrade. To stay at the fortress, you can do so at the Garni Hotel Leopard, which has an adjoining restaurant too. This building was a former military hospital. There is also a museum on site too which offers guided tours, but I’d advise you book in advance because they can be unpredictable.
