This was a previously unseen investigation at The Exchange in North Shields, recorded in 2022. We were given exclusive access to carry out the building's first and only ever paranormal investigation. Shortly after recording, the building was closed before being taken over, and we were unable to get access to get additional camera shots that I usually film to make content. Luckily I did get some rough B-roll footage on the night (not much, and nothing I intended to use) which I have managed to use to make this video. It is not the best video that I have produced, but I didn't want our fantastic night here to be wasted. -- The Echange in North Shields is a historic building that has served many purposes. While the hauntings are not well documented, the staff have experienced strange things in here. The new owners aren't 'ghost friendly' so I wanted to document these stories so that people will get the chance to hear about amazing location's paranormal history.
