A mill has existed on this land in Armley since the 16th century, and has expanded over the centuries, with Yorkshire being a huge part of Britain’s industrial areas. There are records of many deaths in this mill over the years. Children as young as 6 years old were expected to do some of the most dangerous and dirty jobs for little pay. It’s no wonder that with the amount of accidents that took place here, as well as a mysterious fire that destroyed the first building on this site, it is a place of some disturbing hauntings.
